by UPS Ground (may take up to 7 days
delivery time).

Item that are not in stock normally take 4-6 weeks from
receipt of order.

Items that are special ordered (a certain pattern/size
that is not usually stocked) requires a $20 special
order fee.

Special order items take 10 weeks from acceptance of
order to delivery.

Product Sizing & Measuring Guides
For purchasing dog collars we ask that you measure your pets neck
and give us the exact measurement. We try hard to fit your pet
using the middle hole on the collar as the beading shows up best
when it is centered.
As these are handmade items lengths and widths may vary slightly.
We have been told that our collars run large!

Methods
For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Your credit card is charged at the time of order processing.
If you would like to pay by Personal Check or Money Order, please
contact us.
Sales Tax
Virginia residents are charged 5.0% sales tax on their orders.
For those residing outside Virginia, no sales tax is charged.
Return Policy
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt. We will accept returns for a full refund of items within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise over 30 days can be exchanged for credit and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. Items over 60 days old and special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
Guarantee
Pet Collars - 1 year guarantee with normal wear and tear from
date of purchase.
Textiles/Home Decor – 1 year guarantee with normal wear
and tear from date of purchase.
Real Leaf table linens – 30 day return policy.
