Return or Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine condition. S&P charges are non-refundable. Holiday returns must be returned by the first Friday in January. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.
For your protection, send returns insured, return receipt requested.
Email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a ship to address. We travel throughout the US and if you send your returns to our billing address, this will delay your refund.
Please note, the cost to ship an item for return/exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange because of an error on our part, The Kenyan Collection, Inc will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer in the Continental US via standard 5-7 day USPS or FedEx shipping without any charge to the customer. If the exchange is due to an incorrect measurement, shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.
